About Us

Alanna is an immigration policy and operations expert and former Senior Executive Service leader with more than 25 years of experience shaping U.S. immigration policy and operations at DHS and USCIS. She is Principal of Stillblade Solutions and has held senior leadership roles in Washington, D.C., Miami, Rome, and San Diego. Alanna holds an MPA from American University and an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard University. She enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, and backcountry travel, including two summits of Mt. Whitney.

Anne is a seasoned finance and analytics leader, having most recently rebuilt and led Kaiser Permanente Washington’s data and analytics function after serving as KPWA’s Chief of Staff in Finance and Strategy. Previously, she held roles at Starbucks and Group Health Cooperative. Anne holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Hawai’i. Anne enjoys camping and traveling.

David has served as a sales executive for various global organizations, most recently as Gartner’s Managing Client Director for Supply Chain in Europe. He was previously Vice President of EMEA Commercial Sales at Axiom and managed key accounts in CEB’s Risk and Security, IT, and HR practices. David has a BA from Loyola University, an MA from Johns Hopkins University, and is a certified yoga instructor.

Harvey built a 27-year career in management consulting, most recently at Point B, where he established and led its Organizational Effectiveness practice. Combined with his time at Accenture, Harvey developed deep expertise in org effectiveness, org redesign, and change management. Harvey graduated from Cal State Northridge and the University of Oregon and is a prolific reader, avid traveler, and theater enthusiast.

Josh is a thought leader on employee engagement and organizational culture. Most recently, he was the Global Director of Culture Enablement at Culture Amp. Josh was also an Engagement Manager for CEB/Gartner’s Leadership Academies, an Advertising Account Manager at Microsoft, and a researcher for Adam Grant’s book, Originals. Josh has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MFA from the University of Southern California. He’s an avid reader, enthusiastic cook, and proud dad to two girls.

Julian is the Chief Revenue Officer at xUnlocked. He has previously served as an advisor to start-ups and scale-ups in the edtech/learning marketplace and as the SVP of Sales for Skills Matter London. Julian’s primary expertise is in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in edtech/digital learning. He holds a degree in Business Studies from South Bank University. Julian is a rugby fan and has completed 4 marathons.

Roni is the CEO of RJ Coaching & Consulting. She previously led Kaiser Permanente’s Office of Talent Development and held various leadership positions at Charles Schwab and Chevron. She is passionate about leadership development and employee wellbeing. Roni serves as a mentor and advisor to several foundations and companies. Roni is a certified coach, mindfulness facilitator, and Iyengar yoga instructor.
